2011 Camp Theme

 

 

The 2011 camp theme,"Breaking Free", is based on Hebrews 12:1-2. The curriculum will describe things that hinder people from achieving success both in sports and life.  Each of the lessons begins with an admonition, Break free from _________ to ___________:

  • Blame to Responsibility
  • Lies to Truth
  • Weak Relationships to Strong Relationships
  • Fear to Faith
  • Temporary to Eternal

Throughout the United States today, summer day camps and especially youth sports camps have become a main stay of summer activity for children. Churches across America have begun to realize that Christian sports ministries and Bible based summer sports camps are effective outreach tools to any community.

We work at creating sports camps utilizing church partnerships. By utilizing a strong sports oriented Bible and music curriculum, along with a high quality sports curriculum in soccer, basketball and cheerleading, churches using UW assets find that they are affecting their communities for Christ in a new and relevant way.
