Danielle Bradow
Director of Coach Relations
Cory and Danielle Bradow have been a part of UW Sports Ministry since 2011. The Lord has brought them full circle with UW, starting as coaches and now working as full-time missionaries.
Cory was named president of UW in October 2021. He earned his Masters Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Danielle is full-time stay-at-home mom and homeschools their two oldest children. When Danielle isn't with the kids, she heads up recruitment of future coaches for the upcoming summer.
Cory and Danielle got married in August 2017 and shortly after moved to Lynchburg, VA. They have four children - Brylee, Parker, Raelyn, and Colsen.
Jen McCormick
Director of Churches and Operations
Jen McCormick was introduced to UW Sports Ministry as the camp director for her church’s sports camp in the summer of 2021. God used that camp to change her heart towards His people. Jen felt that God was calling her to serve UW as a full-time missionary in the fall of 2022.
Jen received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut. She and her husband James married in October of 2015, and now live in Tennessee.
Rebekah Bucur
Midwest Regional Director
Rebekah Bucur was introduced to UW in the summer of 2025 as a coach. Rebekah has always had a heart for missions and sports, and when she heard about UW, God led her to serve with them over the summer. God kept opening doors and led her to serve with UW part-time. Rebekah graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Exercise Science.
