What drew you to UW Sports Ministry?
What drew me to UW was probably the goal of spreading the Gospel through sports, which has always been big to me. Each time I met with someone with UW I could tell they were truly living it out and I love that.
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
Outside of getting to share the Gospel with others this summer, I am really looking forward to seeing other parts of the country that I may not have gotten a chance to see without UW.

I think I have a pretty decent knack for public speaking.

When I read the description on Handshake and it said, “Do you love sports, traveling, and Jesus?”, I was like, “Yes!” So I looked into it more after coming across it a second time. The more I looked and prayed about it the more it felt like God was putting it on my heart to apply!
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
The opportunity to serve God and share the Gospel every day with kids! I can’t wait to watch faces light up with curiosity of who Jesus is and why God sent His one and only Son to die on the cross for us so that our sins could be forgiven. To teach them that God is love and He created us so that He could love us and that He loves each and every single one of them and calls them His sons and daughters!

Originally for me, it was the chance to travel while using sports to share Jesus - three things I love deeply. But this summer, I came back because of how amazing and transformative that experience turned out to be!
